Sprint PCS is at times a sometimes satisfactory business but there are often times that the signal is lost or cannot be found even in and around town. It has seemed to get better as of lately but there are still places where there is no signal at all. The phones are comparible to those of other companies and the prices are at or near the others as well.
The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I have called 3 times already to get a name, that I DID NOT put on my caller ID and have no idea who it is, off of my phone and have it put back to what it was and still it is not right.
I don't think I would recommend this company to a person just starting out with a cell phone. I have been with Sprint for several years and will switch as soon as my contract is up.
