I was tasked with finding an embroiderer to embellish executive brief cases. Our original embroiderer dropped the ball on an important order that was time critical.
This embroiderer redesigned our art to our changing specifications at no charge, emailed the proofs and finished artwork for our records and turned the goods almost upon receipt for less. And they looked fantastic!
As I indicated to them personally, this will be my first stop in the future.
