They recognize our dog when he walks in. They seem knowledgeable about his care and treatment of his problems. The front desk staff are terrific. We have a very large dog, and even though we are sure Dr Armour is capable of caring for him, she was overpowered by him easily and didn't speak up to us about this. We would have been willing to have one of the other vets care for him that could more easily physically handle him, if she would have spoken up. We instead chose to go with another clinic.
