They have physical therapists and occupational therapists who will come to your home to help with the therapy if the patient is unable to make it to a medical setting (lack of transportation). They are really good at "fitting you in" and working with you if you have to cancel the same day due to an illness. Unfortunately because they do travel so much they can run rather late at times, but you do still get your full therapy time with them.
