I was quite impressed with the overall facility quality and the outstanding reception desk help. The breakfast buffet was probably the worst I ever had at a hotel. The waitstaff was overwhelmed and forgot you once seated, the food was cool and watery, and didn't have utensils for bread and bagel bags forcing people to dig through wit their hands. Every day, I had fewer and fewer washclothes and face towels after housekeeping was done with my room. Fortunately, I started with enough to cover my 3 day stay. The reception staff was very helpful - they removed 2 charges that someone else had billed to my room once they verified the receipts from the lounge. If they bring the service staff up to snuff, this hotel will be a 4-star once again. PROS: Front desk staff, facility CONS: Vistas staff, housekeeping more
