You can find very unique floorplans at Knobs Pointe in a nice location with great views, but that's it.
We were shown a two bedroom of the floorplan we liked, but as we walked through, we were sure we wouldn't live there. The carpeting was worn, the toilet was dirty, accessories were old, like the closet doors, faucets, and appliances.
There are several activities available though, including a pool, minature golf, a fitness center, billiards room, and tennis courts.
As we drove out of the complex, we noticed trash in the parking lots, broken screens on windowns and hanging off, the buildings were dirty, and there seemed to be people just wandering around.
