I have bought a few things from this store. There prices are very high and finding some one on the floor to assist you is hard.
If you know what you are looking for and where it is located then go for it.
They do have the biggest variety ofproducts of any other shop in the area.
This can be a great plus if say for example your pet has special diet needs you will find anything there.
There usually is a long wait at check out but that is to be expected as they have many customers.
The fish department is great and the people that work in it are very good with answering questions. They will not sell you a sick fish. Any fish that has a problem is put under observation and they will not sell them so if buying fish you can be sure you are getting a healthy one and they carry anything and everything needed for fish and all other pets.
PROS: Helpful, every product you could want
