I've been living in Avalon Commons for a few months now, and am very impressed thus far. The apartment are very new and clean, and well appointed with all the luxuries a luxury apartment complex should have. The grounds are well maintained, and the maintenance staff replies to problems within hours. My only complaint is the rent, I pay nearly $2000 for a one bedroom, and it only goes up. There are other fees too you have to pay to get in, but I suppose that is what the market can bear. I dont know if I will stay here just cause the cost, but it is a very nice place to live.
PROS: Clean apartments, great maintenance, decent value
CONS: Very expensive
