I was very pleased with H&R Block for doing my taxes. They seem to know what they are doing and got me a great return with no hassle at all.
The price was comparible to others doing taxes and I even got a $20 coupon for referring a friend to them for their taxes.
The employees have the knowledge and know how to do all of the paperwork needed and get you on your way in a timely manner.
PROS: Great service, knowledgable employees
CONS: no cons really... too bad it's not free
