My Children are covered under caresource and was very apprehnsive about the care they would receive. Their customer service really put me at ease over my concerns. They sent out reminders on checkups for my infant son, they have ALWAYS covered my children 100% everytime they have been to any dr and they help in locating specific drs.
PROS: Great CS, 100% coverage, reminder of needed checkups
CONS: calling into CS may sometimes be a long wait
