During September 2002 I had dinner with a friend who I had not seen in six months. When I saw she looked fabulous. I asked her what she had been doing to look so physically fit and she told me that she had been doing Pilates for three months.
The next day, I let my "fingers do the walking" and I looked in the Yellow Pages for a Pilates studios. The first two studios that I contacted were all about the money. How much the lessons cost, how much money I had to pay etc. It was all about MONEY. Then I called Pilates Teck and spoke to the owner Karena Lineback and my life changed. During our initial converation she educated me about Pilates and more importantly asked about my health, my concerns and my interests. I have never been so dedicated to working out as I am today. Three years later I am proud to say because of Pilates Teck I am a Pilates addict.
I feel overall 100% better. I am stronger, more toned, feel and look better than I have my whole life.
