I'm basing my rating entirely without concern for price, because when you're buying flowers for your boyfriend, anything goes.
I got him a beautiful cornucopia of carnations along wtih roses, in carefully selected colors to make a rainbow.
It was basically a bouquet for my engagement with him, and
when it's legal for us to be married, we'll always remember the beautiful flowers when i got down on my knees.
PROS: best you can ask for
CONS: pricey, but who cares?
