I own an angus ranch in Montana and raise restaurant quaility beef. The steaks I get at the Timber Mine are the best. I bring clinets and associates in from time to time and take them there. After all it is a steak house and not a veggie bar. Kudos to the staff whho are the finest servers in the valley.
if one thinks this is expencive go to Dallas and eat a tough horse steak for 50% more!
Pros: Ambiance, Tables, privacy
Cons: picky customers, nothing with the staf
