Used to love this place when it was on 8th Street. Went to try out at new location and found disappointment. It is a larger place, noiser, busier and has lost that special something. The food is still great, but nothing you can't get elsewhere. The service we received is another story. Rushed and lacking in quality. Don't expect to have your waters filled, plates cleared or other desired services. Called to talk to manager about displeasure. He didn't really seem to care. Said it was a busy night and the waiter had other tables too. I have a cure for too much business....we won't go again, we'll save our $170 (not including tip) for another restaurant that would welcome our business. Goodbye Walter's, au revoir!
