I called ahead and was quoted $4/pr for heel repair. When I got there a few minutes later, the same clerk insisted it would be $7. After being lowballed, I arrived on Monday to pick up my shoes and they were not done as promised. When they arrived on Tuesday, light brown shoes were redone in black instead of brown. I wore the first pair out the next day, and they broke within 15 minutes. The store clerk, upon my return, offered no apology, merely a raised eyebrow and a ""Yeh, so?""
