We were pleasantly surprised by China Chef. We started with the best hot and sour soup I have had since I was in Asia 6 years ago- truly authentic, not the often sweet and too salty versions so many others serve. The Kung Pao was wonderful- nice kick and not over loaded with tons of veggies- a true meat dish. The 5 flavor broccoli was the perfect veggie side for this. We are looking forward to trying other items as well and plan to return soon. The service was very friendly and the food was truly amazing, hot and fresh. There is no buffet here, and I consider that a huge plus, this is a real chinese reasturaunt, not an americanized feeding trough. Eat here, enjoy the very inexpensive beers and tip well- this family is doing a wonderful job!
