We had made a one day reservation for new year's over three months in advance. We then decided two months before the holiday that we wanted to go for two days. I called them up and shockingly, they had cancelled the reservation claiming we needed to book at least four nights because it was the holiday. At no point during the first conversation while booking and putting my credit card down for the reservation was I informed of this ""holiday rule."" There was no disclaimer that reservations could be cancelled by the hotel or that there was a minimum rental on the website. This is no way to run a business. Imagine planning a trip for the holidays with your friends and family and having these people take advantage of you...just because they can make more money.
