On a Friday night, decent crowd, the service is my biggest complaint. Not one of the 7 in my party received a refill on tea or coffee without asking then waiting for 10 minutes to get it. One person in party got food 10 minutes after everyone else. My cup had lipstick on it when served to me, we were given sides we did not order and were charged for them. 18% gratuity was added to the check and we did not know it until after we left and we had already given a nice tip to the server which was not deserved. He rarely came back to the table for anything. The music was uplifting but much too loud, could not hear each other speak.
