I'm originally from Sichuan and lived in New York City for 10 years before relocating to the Boston area. Until I dined at Sichuan Garden, I had not had real Sichuan (Szechuan/Szechwan) cuisine in New England. Sichuan Garden's food is excellent and quite authentic, although the real Sichuan food in China will be spicier and saltier. Sichuan Garden is also vegetarian-friendly, and carries a number of delicious non-spicy entrees. They have a separate Chinese menu which you should at least inquire about; nothing fancy, just a few things that might turn American diners off. Service is very courteous and prompt. You can ask them to use ""less oil"" if you want.
Pros: Excellent food, Affordable, Courteous
Cons: Can be oily, No parking lot
