My daughter (14) and I returned for a follow up visit after being given contacts the previous week .Doctor Younes was doing the exam and my daughter continually stated that she could not see the lines Dr. Y, exasperatedly stopped the exam and told my daughter that she was not doing it properly and that she COULD see the line but wasn't following directions! They tried again. Same result. Dr. Y turned to me and said my daughter refused to follow directions, that she COULD see she just refused to do so. I told the Dr. that my daughter was not deliberately annoying her, that perhaps the perscription was not correct and she therefore could NOT see.
My daughter was near tears and humiliated by Dr. Y's accusations and tone of voice. It was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. I was not at all happy with our visit.
