They were able to get my tub clean. It looked great.
Scheduling seemed to be a problem: I thought I had an appt for Thursday, but they asked if Wed was ok.
They were 1 and 1/2 hours late getting here, but once they got here they got right to work. (They were short staffed, that is whey they were late I was told)
They cleaned what I wanted cleaned so I was happy. They dusted and stuff. The place looks great.
What they didn't do: Take out the garbage (it says they will on the web site), put down the kitchen rugs after cleaning the kitchen. After cleaning off the toilet, they didn't put the deodorizer back on the back of the toilet. They put it in the kleenex box which they didn't put back either.
Other than that, I would hire them again.
Pros: good communication, got out tough stains, good location
Cons: expensive, hard to get appt, late
