I bought a pair of shoes at Shoe Fetish and wore them 4 times. The shoes came apart and I took them back to the store. I expected that a ""high end"" store like this would simply replace the shoes or, at the very least, apologize and offer to ensure to get them repaired. No, no. I was led to believe it was my fault the shoe fell apart.... Please note I have purchased several items here previously. I returned to pick up my shoes. I explained that I did not appreciate being berated and that the service was far below what the window dressings would imply. I was once again told that ""Nobody else has had this problem""...... meaning...?? During the defensive conversation I was given my shoes. I opened the box only to discover that the shoes had not been repaired correctly. I still dont have my shoes. Pros: great styles Cons: customer service, returns, repairs more
