This hotel was great in some respects and awful in others. The amenities are wonderful: fantastic pillows, a premium mattress, down comforter, great toiletries, bathrobe in the shower, pet fish, lava lamp. The service, however, was lacking. We ordered a bottle of champagne and cake and it took nearly 3 hrs to arrive despite several phone calls to the front desk. Also, I witnessed one desk clerk be very rude to someone on the phone. It's a good hotel that would be great if they could ramp up their service.
