What a true culinary treat! I've dined at T6 on 3 occasions - July, Sept and Jan and the food and service has been fabulous each time. The flank steak was my favorite, the short ribs melt in your mouth and the lamb is perfect M-R. Lamb sausage & gravy and the pecan/spinach/tomato risotto is superb. The beignets are my favorite dessert. It is fun to be able to watch the chefs create their unique food combinations. Advice - if you don't come early, plan on having a few glasses of wine before you get seated.
