Small sandwiches, half cups of hot chocolate, expensive and terrible customer service. Cashier argued with me when he charged me for salmon in addition to my tuna sandwich. BTW, I only had a tuna sandwich. When he finally realized I was right, the manager ignored me and made me wait for my refund. How humiliating!! I rather starve and live without my hot chocolate then enter into another Au Bon Pain. It was a PAIN alright!!!
