I have been going on trips for over a year now with this company and found them to be quite professional. The trip leaders are funny, accommodating, attentive to various needs (one trip leader taught me how to kayak while the rest of the group raced off) and they're great at introducing people which is nice when you're traveling solo. For the person who complained - maybe the person leading your trip was having a bad day....? I've been on many trips and not had that experience.
What I've found to be great about their trips is that you don't necessarily have to be skilled to go, for instance I took a hang gliding class! I highly recommend going on the trips as they're a lot of fun and you get to meet cool new people! I've even made a couple of friends.
