The Bel-Loc is a favorite diner of ours! When we are in the Towson area, we make it a point to have a meal there...we always seem to make it there for breakfast, which is a good thing because the Bel-Loc has the most awesome raisin french toast! Other goodies include SOS and very fresh orange juice! Prices are decent and the Bel-Loc is a breath of fresh air compared to the some of the ""larger"" diners in the area (the locals know who I mean) where breakfast goes up on weekends and holidays:(. I love their mugs of coffee!
