in the beginning, when they first opened, they were a bit more friendly but now have become unprofessional at times, its more of a pizza hangout for bored youth. I recently purchased a cheesesteak from there, and bit into a large piece of plastic- probably plastic that the meat comes in. had a child bit into it- that child may have choked(yes it was that large) so that will be the last I eat there
