The Lake Place is an out-of-the-way small restaurant overlooking a small pond. The seafood dishes we tried were excellent. The food was well-prepared, served in a very attractive manner and hot. The waiter and chef also went out of their way to accommodate our preference for a low carb diet by serving vegetables in lieu of potato. The grouper and snapper dishes were excellent. It isn't cheap though--dinner for three with wine and a tip came to about $140.
Pros: seafood, menu selection, gourmet dining
Cons: , expensive
