Visited Tejas at 1:30pm on a Tuesday for a client meeting. Although we were a bit taken aback by the limited menu, it was a chance to try something new. I tried the Chicken and Wild Rice burrito and expected a traditional sloppy burrito. Instead, I received a beautiful presentation of a burrito (with chicken and wild rice) topped with apple, red onion, and red pepper matchsticks. Everything was on top of a mango puree. The flavors were excellent together. This was a light dish that left me feeling satisfied. I would recommend Tejas for lunch again.
