Being from Chicago we'de never heard of this place. Unique twist on the fast food format. Limited menu was more of a relief to us first-timers. Food was ready before we ordered but was neither cold, soggy nor dry. Chicken had a kind of spicy KFC taste but not as much of a processed feeling.
