Although Riehl has a great selection of machines they are way over priced based on other locations and their customer service is VERY poor. I have received wrong information on seperate trips into the store. Was told that if I buy a machine anywhere else they will not service it for me. If you buy items at their inflated price they will assist you but if you chose to save thousands, yes thousands else where they will offer no assistance. Shop around and buy from someone else.
