This is the very first Indian restaurant I have dined at in Philadelphia. Although parking in Old City is difficult, dining at Karma is worth the effort. The service was very welcoming and friendly. The interior decor was trendy but not so much that it is distracting. We ordered Lukhimi Samosa and Naan for starters. The Samosa was scrumptious! Then for the main course we had the Chickan Tikka Masala and Chicken Vindaloo. I haven't had Indian food in years but I felt I was in heaven when I had my first bite of the Tikka Masala. The chicken in our dishes were incredibly moist and flavorful. Our dishes were deliciously spicy and aromatic. The rice was cooked to perfection. We had dessert but didn't care for it much. For dinner in Old City, the dinner bill came to only 40(ish) dollars for two!
Pros: FOOD, Inexpensive
Cons: , Dessert
