Sake emphisizes traditional sashimi and sushi dishes. Unfortunately, food quality is highly dependant on the chef. The waitstaff is traditionally dressed and wonderfully polite, but repeatedly makes serious presentation errors. In 3 of 7 visits my appetizer arrived at the conclusion of my meal. Better chefs and stricter floor management are needed ASAP to improve this restaurant.
