We've been to a lot of sushi restaurants in and out of the Salt Lake Valley. Surprisingly, Nagoya is one of our best finds in recent months. Tucked away in an unassuming stripmall, most people just drive by, which is both good and bad. Good because the restaurant was empty, meaning we got excellent service. Bad because it probably doesn't get the recognition it deserves. Even if you're not in the area, it's worth the trip. Fresh food, attentive servers, and complimentary miso (or maybe that was just for us) - beats many of the other [possibly overrated] sushi restaurants around here. One last note... give the Utah roll a try.
