Because we were staying at the adjoining hotel, the Best Western, we tried Sorento's just for dessert. After waiting 20 minutes to be handed menus, and being read the entree menu even when we'd said we just wanted dessert. The team server approach had some kinks, because we never knew who was waiting on us. It was by far the least aloha experience we've had on Maui over 2+ weeks spent there in the last year. I'd go to the Waterfront.
