Happy Hour at The Salt Cellar is an event. Get there early cuz the bar is TINY. You can get Escargot in Mushroom caps for $5.00. Also a bucket of mussels is a bargain at 4 bucks. The shrimp cocktail is to die for.
Happy Hour is 7 days a week from 4-7pm and again from 10p-close.
