I was satisfied with my service at Crossroads Pet Professionals until the staff and vets rudely accused me of not loving and caring for my pets. I equate that with being told I'm not a good mother, and in my book that's the lowest of lows. Dr. Grace apparently thinks belittling customers over the phone is good business practice. They treated my pets (my babies) fine, but apparently they care little for expanding that decency to owners. The lack of respect and attitude received was more than enough for me to take my business elsewhere. Beware of very low grade customer service here. Cons: , bad customer service more
