This was the first salon I visited after recently moving to the Columbus area. I went based on reputation but was sorely disappointed with my experience...so much so that I walked out angry. My haircut was nothing special, and the service was even worse. My stylist, as well as the one next to us, was arrogant and unpleasant. He managed to insult me numerous times (and I am a regular at high end salons and am familiar with the environment). He didn't seem to care whether I was happy with the cut, b/c he was busy talking about how cool he was b/c he worked at Penzone. Don't waste your money here!
