To make a long story short... the food was good. But no food is good enough to make up for the poor customer service and errors made on 4 separate occasions (1 time a catering mistake). And on the 4th visit, they wouldn't honor past promises to make up for it. They have lost a customer. EX of mistakes: wrong item given during Drive thru (not too bad) over charged and refused to correct it, I lost money Put hot catered food in freezed DAY OF EVENT, couldn't eat it Finally, wasn't helpful in fixing any of the problems. more
