The Walnut Creek area is laden with ""fast and fresh"" Mexican restaurants that, fortunately, have cast a doubt on the future of Taco Bell-type institutions. Chipotle is a solid entry; despite their very limited menu (tacos and burritos plus a few salads), food is made to order and tastes consistently fresh. I'd appreciate a wider variety of salsas (La Salsa's salsa bar is more to my liking), as well as a quesadilla menu item.
