If they make a mistake on your order and forget to make something, you don't get the next one off the grill! They start your forgotten sandwich over and you have to wait until that particular sandwich is done regardless of how many other identical sandwiches come off the grill first! We waited almost fifteen minutes for them to make the chicken sandwich that they had forgotten and watched three other idebtical chicken sandwiches come off the grill while we stood there waiting for ""our sandwich"".
