I purchased furniture that arrived damaged and incorrect (finish). Instead of this company reordering new they sent it out to be reupholstered and refinished. I did not pay for scratch and dent. No offer of compensation. So just because you think when you pay more you get more NOT TRUE! In this case I payed more and I am still waiting to see what I will get.
