The owner was very friendly when Ciao first opened and seemed happy to serve me and my friends. I took friends and hoped to help make this little gem successful. I took my brother and sister-in-law last weekend and the owner was quite rude and made us feel like we had done something wrong by walking through the restaurant to the tables outside. I was so disappointed in this reception. It doesn't matter how good the food is if the owner is rude. I won't be back.
