This restaurant is one of my two favorites in Charlotte. It's so hard to find a vegetarian restaurant in Charlotte that to find one *this* good is outstanding! The Spicy ""Shrimp"" Stirfry is out of this world. Even my meat-eating husband finds plenty to keep him more than satisfied, and helped convince him that vegetarians can find plenty good to eat! And definitely go for the Molten Chocolate Cake!
