I was very disappointed because my steak was medium rare, I had requested medium well. The manager ask to recook my steak, but I requested he remove this item from my bill. The rest of my party was almost finished and I did not wish to wait. I suggested he only charge me for the potatoe and salad portion of my dinner, he just stood there a looked at me. When I received my bill he had in fact removed the price of the steak dinner and instead charged me only for the small salad ($1.99) and potatoe ($4.49). I was willing to pay for these because I had eaten them. When something like this has happened at other establishments, they were very apologetic and removed the entire meal. I returned to those establishments to give them another chance. Everyone has bad days! I will not return to this one!
