Housed in an old Spanish style complex with an outdoor dining area with fountains and flowers, and without seeming to be a set this restaurant's ambience is authentic old California. Contrasting with the setting the food is modern California, with appetizers such as light flaky empanadas, entrees of tenderloin of pork with cinnamon sauce, nut crusted tilapia, and a surprising vegetarian dish. The menu never becomes old as itis often changed. I like this restaurant so much that, after eating here my wife and I booked for our daughter's wedding.
Pros: great house wines, good parking, outdoor dining
Cons: , moderately expensive, closed Sat. and Sun.
