I stopped in at the Energy Bar on SW 10th and got a fresh fruit smoothie. They are $4 for the smallest and .50 more for the next size up. Later that day I dropped by the Enegry Bar on SW Park and purchased a whole smoked tofu sandwich, which was really tasty. It was filled with hummus, shredded carrots, cucumbers, smoked tofu and onions, all just for 4.00 (I believe). This was a good light lunch/dinner.
Now Vancouver needs an Energy Bar!
