We were in from Chicago and Kitchen K was recommended to us so we thought we would give it a shot. The first thing we noticed was that there was no one there... at 8:00 on a Friday night. The space is amazing and seems to have unlimited potential. Even with all that room and only two other tables seated, the hostess placed us at a table in the very back corner of the room. Our server was dressed poorly and presented the specials in a very disinterested manner. The menu looked very promising with globally influenced american fare. However, the crabmeat in the stuffed halibut tasted like it was out of the can and the mahi mahi was overcooked and tough. We couldn't wait to leave. Other St. Louisians must have the same low opinion of this place based on the non-existant crowd.
Pros: Menu, Space
Cons: , Atmosphere
