After living in Chicago for over 40 years, I certainly got to know my Itlaian Beefs. Athough, the sandwich was OK, it was definitely not an authentic Italian Beef from Chicago. Everybody in Chicago has an It. Beef with hot peppers. That's what I orderd at Luke's but, it wasn't the same!
A Beefw/hot means hot Giardinera not Jalapenos.
Beef it is, Chicago, It's NOT !
